This is a really great purple amethyst cave - with lovely clarity in the small to medium sized points and the photos don't do it justice The photos show more of the contracsts in colour than actualy exist. The is a very unusal hematoid ameithst band through it (would love to know how Nature created that!) and a small calcite cluster. There is lots of variations in the darkness of the puple in this cave too!. Outside of the cave mouth shows a few more calcite growths have been polished back as they occur inside the agate surrround.

We of course do sell this size to families who want something extra special to celebrate a major life event or to a corporate board room.

Like most of our caves it is even all over - in shape, thickness of crust and in colour. Team an amethyst cave with other crystals like selenite tower, rose quartz rough and other crystals as an altar for the home or business to really get the energy bursting through your place.. It has a few mini clusters of a calcite adding its cleansing and expanding energies to the mix. And very cute, giving this cave its unique look.

One of the difficulties with amethyst is that it has so many grades (all with mis-nomers) and so price comparison without visual inspection is difficult. Many of the "cheap" are two or more grades below this. You can see this cave at Crows Nest.
